Daventry Model Railway Club builds layouts via a syndicate system run by members with an interest in a particular scale/gauge (the current "live" builds are listed below):-

'N' Scale        - "Brixtown"

'OO' Scale     - "Daventry Station" (set in the 1920's & 1930's)

'On30' Scale  - "Snowy River Railroad" (a North American Narrow Gauge layout.)

'O' Scale        - "Chew Magna" (a "Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway" layout.)

We also currently have a special project we are working on:-

The "Dr. Who OO Layout" as seen on the Channel 5 TV Series:-

"The Great Model Railway Challenge."

and we have an affiliation with the "Slim Gauge Circle 'On30' Modular Group"

The picture to the above is of the original DMRC model railway "Danetre Abbey" OO layout which has now been retired.

The syndicates allow for groups within the club to be involve with different projects or just one project across a number of different scales and gauges.This is for all members.
